Essar Steel Algoma reduced the amount of oil and grease entering the river via wastewater by more than 96%; suspended solids by over 94%, phenols by more than 99%, and ammonia by over 95%.

The Great Tugboat Race, June 27th
Join a Pancake Breakfast aboard the barge “Nostalgia” which is docked in the Roberta Bondar Marina, Sault Ontario on June 25 – June 27 from 7am – 11am, and on June 28 & 29, 2015 from 7am – 11am on a barge at the George Kemp Marina, Sault Michigan.
On Saturday, June 27th, the Tugboat Races begin with the first heat at noon!
